‍Kim Rigby is a fantastic young adult fantasy author from across the other side of the world, from me at least as she lives over in Tasmania.

Her series of books, The Black Fire Chronicles take readers into the fantastical subterranean world of Vellistrian, where there, and on earth, and across history, ancient battles with talismans, a seer, guardians and a wicked hag play out. This is an excellent series with appeal to all ages.
